1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all business relations between Tiroda Interactive UG (limited liability) and the users of our website, games and digital offerings. The version valid at the time the contract is concluded shall apply.

3. Use of the website
Use of our website and the services offered on it is generally free of charge unless expressly stated otherwise. Users undertake to use the services only within the framework of applicable law and these T&C. Any abusive use, in particular hacking, data mining or the distribution of malware, is strictly prohibited.
4. Content, games and digital offerings
We offer various digital content and games via our platform. We reserve the right to change, expand or restrict the offering at any time. There is no entitlement to the permanent availability of specific content.
5. Purchases and in-app content
Where we offer paid content or in-app purchases, the price information valid at the time of the order applies. Payment is made via the payment service providers offered. Digital goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal as soon as performance of the contract (e.g. download or unlocking) has begun and the user has expressly agreed to this.
6. Beta tests, promotions and promo codes
Participation in beta tests is at your own risk. Beta versions may contain errors and lead to data loss. Promo codes and discount campaigns are only valid within the stated period and cannot be paid out in cash. We reserve the right to end promotions early in case of abuse.
7. Copyright and intellectual property
All content published on the website and in the games (texts, images, graphics, sound, animations and videos) is protected by copyright and other protective laws. Reproduction, distribution or public reproduction without our express written consent is not permitted.
8. Fan content and public contributions
We are happy to see fan art and user-generated content. By publishing such content on our platforms, the user grants us a simple, free-of-charge and revocable right of use. The user guarantees that their contributions do not infringe the rights of third parties.
9. Availability of the website
We strive to keep our services usable without interruption. However, downtime may occur due to technical faults (such as power outages, hardware and software errors, technical problems in the data lines). There is no entitlement to constant availability.
10. External links
Our website contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. We therefore cannot accept any liability for this third-party content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content.
11. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For simple negligence we are only liable in the event of a breach of a material contractual obligation (cardinal obligation) whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose compliance the user may regularly rely. In such cases liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
12. Changes to these terms of use
We reserve the right to change these T&C at any time and without stating reasons. Users will be informed of the amended terms in good time. If a user does not object to the validity of the new T&C within four weeks of notification, the amended T&C shall be deemed accepted.
13. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If the user is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships between the user and us is our registered office in Mannheim. Should individual provisions of these T&C be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
